本発明は、間接的な加熱を付加することもできる対流性の装置内での結晶水含有塩の乾燥方法に関する。本発明はとりわけ、乾燥が、乾燥ガスの規定の含水率より上で進行することを特徴とする。したがって、乾燥中に塩粒子を取り囲むガスは特定の湿度を有している。これにより乾燥速度が好ましく影響を受ける。
