PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor sticking film for a glass, excellent in UV rays absorbing characteristics, heat rays absorbing characteristics, scratch resistance, transparency, weatherability, and coating film adhesiveness; and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An outdoor sticking film 10 for a glass which is stuck on the glass surface of the outdoor side is obtained by sequentially laminating, on one face of a polyethylene terephthalate film 102 including a UV absorbing agent: an anchor coating layer 104 including the UV absorbing agent with a maximum absorbing wavelength of 360-400 nm; and a hard coat layer 106 including a UV absorbing agent with a maximum absorbing wavelength of 200-360 nm and a resin component. The outdoor sticking film is obtained by sequentially laminating on the other face of the polyethylene terephthalate film 102: an undersurface coating layer 108 including a heat rays absorbing agent; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 109, wherein the UV rays absorbing agent in the hard coat layer 106 combines with the resin component.
