PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle lens order placing/accepting system capable of quickly performing spectacle lens ordering processing without causing a lens layout failure, even when dealing with modification of a lens shape.SOLUTION: A spectacle lens order placing/accepting system comprises an order placement side device 11 which includes a computer section 11a, an operation section 11b, and a display section 11c. The computer section 11a includes: lens shape modifying means 54 that modifies a lens shape of a spectacle lens of which image is displayed by the display section 11c according to an operation detail at the operation section 11b; information acquiring means 52 that acquires information on a shape layout of an unworked lens which is the base of the spectacle lens; and display control means 53 that, when the lens shape is modified by the lens shape modifying means 54, displays the shape layout of the unworked lens specified from the information acquired by the information acquiring means 52 on the display section 11c together with the lens shape.
