PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding member of a spectacle lens, which is easy to process and can surely hold a spectacle lens, and spectacles using the same.SOLUTION: A bridge 3 includes: a connection part 30 having folding parts 31a and 31b formed so as to fold from both end parts 30a and 30b toward the center part; and engagement parts 32a and 32b which project from the folding parts 31a and 31b and are to be inserted to engagement holes 20a and 20b provided on spectacle lenses 2 from the front side. The engagement parts are formed like an inverted U and have one end parts 33a and 33b connected to the folding parts and have the other end parts 34a and 34b disposed so as to be spaced from and face the folding parts, and outer sides of one end parts and the other end parts of the engagement parts are brought into pressure contact with inner surfaces of the engagement holes to hold the spectacle lenses 2.
