PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supplier, provided with automatic water stopping function, reduced in danger due to temperature change after operating the automatic water stopping function while permitting the setting of a plurality of objective temperatures. SOLUTION: A hot-water supplier provided with automatic water stopping function is equipped with a hot-water supplying means 3, heating water and supplying hot-water through a hot-water supplying passage 2, a supplying hot-water flow rate measuring means 4, provided in the hot-water supplying passage 2 or the like, and a hot-water supply control means 5, controlling the operation of hot-water supplying combustion and the operation of water stopping based on a measuring information as well as a commanding input from the supplying hot-water flow rate measuring means 4 so that the hot-water supplying means 3 is permitted to discharge the objective total amount of hot-water having an objective temperature and stop the supply of hot-water automatically. In the hot-water supplying device, branched at the downstream side of the hot-water supplying passage 2, the hot-water supply control means 5 controls the hot-water supplying device so that the supply of hot-water is permitted at either objective temperature among selected objective temperatures while permitting the setting of a plurality of objective temperatures while a set objective temperature before the hot-water supplying is selected automatically upon stopping water and hot-water supply can not be effected without effecting the releasing operation of the water stopping means 8 after stopping the water automatically.
