Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in a transmitting efficiency of an output video while improving an efficiency of processing for encoding a video at the time when a range of the video to be used in the output is changed.SOLUTION: The image processing device comprises: a generating portion that generates a frame of a video out of a range which a video photographed by a camera uses, which determines the range as a spacial range for the video; an encoding portion that encodes a frame of the video according to a type of either one of a first video frame which is encoded using an inter-frame prediction and a second video frame which is encoded using an in-frame prediction; and a detecting portion that detects trigger to be used for changing the range, and notifies the trigger to the generating portion. The encoding portion notifies in advance the type of the frame of the video which is set as the frame of the video to the generating portion, and the generating portion changes the range, on the basis of the type of the frame of the video, in response to reception of the trigger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
