Abstract:
To provide a grease composition excellent in water resistance.SOLUTION: A grease composition comprises: a lubricant base oil; at least one compound selected from a group consisting of lithium soap and lithium complex soap as a thickener; and fatty acid zinc represented by a following formula (1) as a metal detergent. The fatty acid zinc represented by formula (1) includes fatty acid zinc in which at least one of R1 and R2 is an isostearyl group. In formula (1), each of R1 and R2 independently represents a branched chain aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 8 to 18 carbon atoms.SELECTED DRAWING: None
