Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for monitoring a person to be monitored capable of more properly determining a condition of a person to be monitored, a method and a system thereof.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a device for monitoring a person to be monitored for notifying a terminal device of an event notification communication signal for notifying of an event which stores event information indicating a content of a prescribed event related to a person to be monitored who is a monitoring object and an image of the person to be monitored related to the event, the terminal device being connected so as to communicate. As one example of the device, a management server device SV has: a behavior information processing part 223 for determining behavior information related to a prescribed behavior of the person to be monitored; a behavior information storage part 234 for associating the behavior information with the person to be monitored and storing the same; and a TA monitoring processing part 222 for sending the event notification communication signal to the terminal device. The monitoring processing part 222 stores behavior information stored in the behavior information storage part 234 which was determined previous to the time when the event notification communication signal is sent, in the event notification communication signal, when sending the event notification communication signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
