PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a monitoring person from missing a determination result contained in new monitor information when the new monitor information arrives with a monitor information screen displayed.SOLUTION: A portable terminal unit TA (monitor information screen display device) is applied to a monitored-person monitoring system MS provided with a sensing unit SU which, when determining that a monitored person Ob has performed a predetermined action, sends monitor information containing the determination result. When a TA communication IF unit 43 receives new monitor information while a monitor information screen 52-t3 is displayed on a TA display unit 46, a display processing unit 4121 of the portable terminal unit TA displays, on the TA display unit 46, a monitor information screen 52-t4 created based on the new monitor information received by the TA communication IF unit 43, in place of the monitor information screen 52-t3 now displayed on the TA display unit 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
