Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically adjust a shape of an outer peripheral surface of a guide roller.SOLUTION: A guide roller 10 includes an outer roll 12 having an axis AX1, and an inner roll 14 having an axis AX2 overlapping with the axis AX1 and accommodated in the outer roll 12. The outer roll 12 has a plurality of slits SL1-SL3 formed to an outer peripheral surface PR11. The inner roll 14 has a plurality of holes HL1a-HL3a, HL1b-HL3b leading from an outer peripheral surface PR21 to a hollow part at positions avoiding the plurality of slits SL1-SL3 when viewed from a radial direction. The plurality of holes HL1a-HL3a, HL1b-HL3b are surrounded by annular grooves GR1a-GR3a, GR1b-GR3b. The plurality of slits SL1-SL3 are formed outside the annular grooves GR1a-GR3a, GR1b-GR3b. The outer peripheral surface PR11 of the outer roll 12 is in contact with a conveyance object that should be guided.
