Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and continuously-operable half-carbonization method of a dry processed product capable of achieving not only ignition prevention of the dry processed product but also improvement of an energy density of dry processed waste; and to provide a device therefor and a half-carbide.SOLUTION: In a half-carbonization method of a dry processed product, a drying facility P and a torrefaction facility Q are used jointly in the section-separated state, and, in the torrefaction facility Q, superheated steam enabling ignition prevention of the dry processed product and oxygen concentration reduction in the torrefaction facility Q is used as a heat source so as to approach a half-carbonized absolute dry state by sending the dry processed product after being dried in the drying facility P to the torrefaction facility Q side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
