Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for washing tableware for making it possible to prevent treating time for a washing process in clean water from getting unnecessarily long and to prevent dry efficiency in a drying process from being lowered as much as possible even if heating ability of a heat source varies.
SOLUTION: In a washing tub 3, operations are controlled in a manner that a washing process for washing things to be washed, a washing process in clean water for washing the things to be washed in clean water, and a drying process for drying the things to be washed are respectively carried out. When a temperature of clean water rises to the least upper bound of a predetermined temperature after starting heating clean water for washing by a warm water heater 19 in the washing process in clean water, when the temperature of clean water is higher than a predetermined temperature lower than the least upper bound of the predetermined temperature and when a peak of a temperature rise is detected, the washing process in clean water is finished to proceed to the drying process.
