PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush handle body and a toothbrush, excellent in tooth cleaning, and enabling a user to further easily clean the depth of the back teeth, and to perform cleaning of all the teeth.SOLUTION: A toothbrush handle body 2 including a handle part 13, a neck part 12 extended from the tip of the handle part 13, and a head part 11 provided on the tip of the neck part 12, and formed with an implantation surface 43 is such that: an extension part extended to the rear end of the neck part 12 is inserted into the handle part 13, and pivotally supported in the handle part 13 swingably in a direction which the implantation surface 43 faces; a fulcrum is formed by pivotally supporting the extension part in the handle part 13; the handle part 13 is provided with a pressing force part 23 at a rear end side from the fulcrum of the extension part and at a side of the implantation surface 43; and the extension part, the neck part 12, and the head part 11 are integrated by pressing the pressing force part 23 so as to rotate the tip side from the fulcrum with the fulcrum as an axis to a direction which the implantation surface 43 faces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
