Abstract:
To surely hold a handle pipe while forcedly releasing the handle pipe immediately when an operator relaxes an operation knob.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a first clearance CL(1) formed between a half insertion hole 18 of a fixture half 12 and an operation knob shaft part 14a; a fastening bolt 30 for fastening a fixture body 10 and the fixture half 12; a second clearance CL(2) formed between a fastening bolt insertion hole 32 of the fixture half 12 and a fastening bolt shaft part 30a; an energizing member 50 which is interposed between a head 30hd of the fastening bolt 30 and the fixture half 12 and through which the fastening bolt 30 can be inserted; and a support point protrusion part 40 near the fastening bolt 30 which is formed on the fixture half 12 and positioned between the fixture half 12 and the fixture body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
