Abstract:
To provide a steering wheel which can easily arrange an airbag device and a functional component at a boss part of the steering wheel in parallel with each other by making design performance favorable.SOLUTION: A steering wheel W comprises a steering part which rotationally operates with a steering center axis CO as a center at steering, a boss part B at a steering center axis side, and a spoke part for connecting the steering part and the boss part. An airbag device 20 and a functional component 60 are arranged at the boss part. The airbag device comprises an airbag 32, a pad 37 for covering the folded airbag, and having a door part 40 which is opened by being pressed by the airbag at expansion, an inflator 26 for supplying an expansion gas to the airbag, and a holder 21 for holding the airbag, the pad and the inflator, and connected to a steering wheel main body 1. The functional component is held to, and arranged at the holder as an area which adjoins the door part while not interfering with the door part at opening, and as an area at an upper face side of the boss part which can be visually recognized in a plane view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
