CONSTITUTION: The interior of vertical cylinder 1 for making noodle is partitioned in plural chambers (a) by horizontal partition plates 4 and a rotation shaft 2 is provided in the center part of the cylinder 1 and plural agitating blades 3 are provided on the rotation shaft 2 in every each chamber (a) and an upper face sensor 10 for raw material is arranged in the upper part of each chamber (a) and an openingf part 5' and its opening and closing plate 5 are provided in the partition plate 4 of each chamber (a) and a controller (c) for operating the opening and closing plate 5 by a sensing signal due to the sensor 10 of each chamber (a) if provided.
