Abstract:
The head (2) has press jaws (22, 23) supporting a set of press casting halves (29, 30) in a pressing direction and moved towards one another during the pressing of a pressed article relative to each other. A receiver is operated in an operating position of the press casting halves relative to the press jaws. Another receiver is operated in the operating position of the press casting halves relative to the press jaws. The press casting halves are displaceably guided transverse to a press axis (37) along guidance axes (35, 36).
