PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a pedestrian marking which does not impart misunderstanding to the pedestrian by taking into consideration a behavior of the pedestrian.SOLUTION: A control device of a headlight for a vehicle comprises a pedestrian detection part 51 for detecting a pedestrian H; an evaluation part 52 for deriving an evaluation value related to a possibility that the pedestrian intrudes into a traveling line of a vehicle, and a marking light control part 55 for creating desired marking light by controlling an illumination state of the headlight. When the evaluation value indicating an intrusion possibility which is lower than a preset reference value is derived by the evaluation part 52 in a state that the pedestrian detection part 51 detects the pedestrian H, the marking light control part 55 creates marking light whose lighting initial stage is blinking light (step S27). On the other hand, when the evaluation value indicating an intrusion possibility higher than the reference value is derived, the marking light control part creates marking light which is composed of continuous light (step S25).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12C
