To provide a heat exchange system and a monitoring method of the same, each enabling flow rates of heat source water to be accurately recognized.SOLUTION: The heat exchange system comprises: a first temperature sensor 7a measuring an inlet temperature Tof a second heat exchanger 32 of a heat source water line 1; a second temperature sensor 7b measuring an outlet temperature Tof a second heat exchanger 32 of the heat source water line 1; a third temperature sensor 7c measuring an inlet temperature Tof the second heat exchanger 32 of a circulation line 2; a fourth temperature sensor 7d measuring an outlet temperature Tof the second heat exchanger 32 of the circulation line 2; a flowmeter 7e measuring a flow rate mof a heating medium flowing to the second heat exchanger 32 of the circulation line 2; and a calculation device 8 calculating a flow rate Mof the heat source water line 1 on the basis of measurement values of the first temperature sensor 7a to the fourth temperature sensor 7d and the flow meter 7e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
