Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger excellent in heat transfer property with a working fluid and exhibiting liquid holding property for holding the working fluid irrespective of an attitude.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger comprises: a heat transfer surface for evaporating and condensing a working fluid; a fluid holding member provided protruding from the heat transfer surface, opening in a direction crossing a normal direction of the heat transfer surface, and including a concave fluid accommodation part that accommodates therein the liquefied working fluid condensed on the heat transfer surface and moving on the heat transfer surface to temporarily hold the working fluid; and a fluid flow path in which a heat exchange fluid exchanging heat with the working fluid held in the fluid holding member circulates.
