Abstract:
To provide a heat pump system capable of reducing power consumption of an electric heat pump with a simple constitution in a case when cold heat output of an adsorption type heat pump is insufficient.SOLUTION: In a heat pump system including an adsorption-type heat pump and an electric heat pump, the adsorption-type heat pump includes: a first evaporator; an adsorption mechanism composed of a plurality of adsorbers constituted to adsorb a fluid evaporated by the first evaporator; a condenser constituted to condense the fluid desorbed from the adsorption mechanism; and a load to which cold heat produced by the first evaporator is supplied, and the electric heat pump includes: a compressor; an expansion valve; and a second evaporator constituted to evaporate the fluid by using the compressed refrigerant and supply the refrigerant to an expansion valve. Further, the adsorption mechanism is constituted to adsorb the fluid evaporated by the second evaporator and shares the first evaporator as an evaporator of the electric heat pump.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
