Abstract:
A heat resistant alloy member (3) that maintains the creep strength and improves the fatigue characteristics is provided. The heat resistant alloy member (3) according to the present invention includes a recrystallized structure layer (1) including finer grains on the surface of the member (3) than those inside of the member (3). The recrystallized structure layer (1) is formed by forming a stirred layer (5) by giving processing strain to the surface of the member (3) using a friction stir processing, and applying recrystallization heat treatment (8) to the stirred layer (5) for recrystallization.
