Abstract:
To provide a heat-shrink device for a heat-shrinkable label capable of reducing occurrence of wrinkles during heat-shrinking so as to allow the heat-shrinkable label to achieve fine finishing without being affected by disturbance.SOLUTION: A heat-shrink device for a heat-shrinkable label comprises: top locators 30 each holding, together with each of bottle bases 28, each of containers V attached with a heat-shrinkable shrink label L and placed on each bottle base 28; heating cylinders 34 each of which is arranged under the bottle base 28, and each of which can house therein the container V placed on the bottle base 28; injection nozzles 34C each injecting steam for heating the inside of each heating cylinder 34; elevating mechanisms each elevating and lowering each heating cylinder 34. The heating cylinder 34 comprises: an inner cylinder 34A communicating with a blow-out port of the injection nozzle 34C; and an outer cylinder 34B having an upper end extending up to above the inner cylinder 34A and covering an upper portion of the inner cylinder 34B. The heating cylinder 34 is elevated to house the container V from a bottom of the container into the heating cylinder 34, and heat-shrinks the shrinkable label L attached to the container V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
