Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinkable tube capable of reducing manufacturing cost and variations of quality even though using PTFE, a manufacturing method therefor and a solder sleeve using the heat shrinkable tube.SOLUTION: The heat shrinkable tube has a cylindrical heat shrinkable layer mainly containing polytetrafluoroethylene and storage elastic modulus of the heat shrinkable layer at 340°C to 400°C of 1 MPa to 7 MPa. The manufacturing method of the heat shrinkable tube has a diameter expansion process for heating a tube mainly containing polytetrafluoroethylene and expanding a hole and storage elastic modulus at 340°C to 400°C of the tube is 1 MPa to 7 MPa. The solder sleeve has the heat shrinkable tube, a solder material and a dam material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
