Abstract:
To provide a heat transfer rate sensor that can measure a heat transfer rate locally and accurately between a first medium and a second medium based on a new measurement principle.SOLUTION: A heat transfer rate sensor 1 comprises a first detection part 12 including a first temperature measurement body 2 and a first detection circuit 24, a second detection part 13 including a second temperature measurement body 3 and a second detection circuit 34, and a calculation part 4. The first detection circuit 24 detects a first electromotive force V1 generated in the first temperature measurement body 2, and the second detection circuit 34 detects a second electromotive force V2 generated in the second temperature measurement body 3. A second heat resistance of the second temperature measurement body 3 when heat passes in a thickness direction T where a first surface 301 and a second surface 302 are opposed to each other is different from a first heat resistance of the first temperature measurement body 2 when the heat passes in a thickness direction T where a first surface 201 and a second surface 202 are opposed to each other. The calculation part 4 calculates a heat transfer rate (h) between a first medium B1 and a second medium B2 using a ratio between the first electromotive force V1 and the second electromotive force V2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
