Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for heat-treating a black plate coated with a conversion coating (chemical conversion coating).SOLUTION: A conversion-coated black plate is heated at a temperature within a range of 240 to 320°C during a heat treatment for 0.1 to 30 s, and the adhesion of the conversion coating to a back plate surface is improved. The heat treatment is executed at a manufacturing step of an anticorrosion black plate. Before the heat treatment, during the heat treatment and after the heat treatment, an organic coating or a polymer coating in the mode of paint is applied to the conversion coating of the black plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
