Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high safety by preventing occurrence of a back-fire phenomenon or the like even if a heating device configured to heat air by a gas burner is used for a dryer with high air capacity.SOLUTION: A combustion chamber 25 including an upstream side plate 31 separating a circulation path 18 into an upstream side and a downstream side and a side plate 32 extending from the upstream side plate 31 to a downstream side in a circulation direction and separated from the surroundings is provided within the circulation path 18, a gas burner 23 is provided in a portion at the upstream side in the circulation direction inside of the combustion chamber 25, and an air intake 45 of the gas burner 23 is formed outside of the circulation chamber 18. The portion of the combustion chamber 25 at the upstream side in the circulation direction is covered by a partition chamber 27 while being separated, and air is taken from the outside, thereby cooling the combustion chamber 25. At a downstream side of a downstream-side end of the combustion chamber 25 in the circulation direction, a rectification plate 52 is provided for returning heat which is generated from the combustion chamber 25, to the upstream side in the circulation direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
