Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating electrode device, in which an opposite side thereof is more clearly visible while suppressing degradation in haze performance.SOLUTION: The heating electrode device includes: a transparent substrate layer 24; a plurality of bus bar electrodes 21a, 21b disposed at a predetermined interval on a surface of the substrate layer; a plurality of heating conductors 22a made of conductor filaments disposed on the surface of the substrate layer, spanning between the plurality of bus bar electrodes, and electrically connected to the bus bar electrodes; and a flattening layer 25 which is deposited on the side of the substrate layer where the bus bar electrodes and the heating conductors are disposed so as to fill gaps among the plurality of heating conductors and has a flat surface on the opposite side to the side disposed on the substrate layer. The bus bar electrode has an exposed part 21c formed to protrude from the flattening layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
