Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4634743
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To provide a heating element for a microwave baking furnace prevented from inordinate lowering of a heating function of the heating element, even if repeatedly used in high temperature.
The heating element irradiating heat by irradiation of microwave contains alumina (Al2O3), β-alumina, and further, inorganic fiber as reinforcing fiber. The inorganic fiber is one or more kinds of inorganic fiber selected from alumina fiber and mullite fiber. Materials forming the heating element contain water and a thickener in addition to the alumina, the β-alumina, and the inorganic fiber. A refractory heat insulation material for the microwave baking furnace is composed of a base material made of an inorganic fibrous material as a main component, on one face of which, the heating layer is arranged, and the heating layer is composed of the above heating element, or, the refractory heat insulation material for the microwave baking furnace is composed of a base material made of inorganic fibrous material as main component on one face of which, the heating layer is arranged, and the heating layer is composed of a coating material.
