Abstract:
To provide a heat sink that has excellent heat dissipation and achieves miniaturization, in particular, miniaturization with respect to the thickness direction.SOLUTION: A heat sink 1 includes a heat dissipating unit 2 including a plurality of straight fibers 21 having heat conducting properties and having a plan view shape of a surface and a fiber fixing layer 3 formed on one surface side of the heat dissipating unit 2. The straight fibers 21 are erected in the heat-dissipating unit 2 with a tip side opposite to the fiber fixing layer 3 in a state of being embedded and fixed in the fiber fixing layer 3 with its base side along the direction of the thickness of the fiber fixing layer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
