Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy-duty anticorrosive metal workpiece excellent in durability that does not easily peel off or corrode even under severe corrosive environments such as road materials, building materials, drainage materials etc.SOLUTION: Provided is a heavy-duty anticorrosive metal workpiece having on the surface of a metal workpiece a chemical conversion treatment film layer, an epoxy primer layer and a ternary copolymer heavy-duty anticorrosive coating layer in this order, and in which, characterized, the chemical conversion treatment film layer contains a phosphoric acid salt compound magnesium phosphate and/or calcium phosphate, and a silica microparticle, and is formed by treating the metal workpiece with an acidic treatment liquid whose pH is adjusted to 3 or less; the epoxy primer layer is produced by baking and drying; and the ternary copolymer heavy-duty anticorrosive coating layer is composed of a resin composition containing, as main components, a linear low-density polyethylene, a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer, and a maleic anhydride modified ethylene resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
