To provide an invisible hinge that can adjust the position of a door in at least two directions while reducing production costs.SOLUTION: A first casing 4 and a second casing 5 of an invisible hinge 1 are provided as a common part. A first part 21 and a second part 22 are in the first casing 4 and the second casing 5 respectively. In the first casing 4, the first part 21, which is a component of a first position adjustment mechanism is used, and the second part 22 is not used.
