Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency induction heating device capable of mitigating impact in a case where a driving gear of which the position is fixed is engaged with a driven gear which is provided to a turntable and moved when the turntable is turned.SOLUTION: A turntable 10 which is intermittently turned, has work-piece installation regions each including work-piece installation members for installing work-pieces. The work-piece installation member that reaches a heating station 8 is turned by an external driving device 12. The work-piece installation region includes driven gears 21 which are engaged with the work-piece installation members. The external driving device 12 includes a motor 5, a driving gear 13 and a torque transmission mechanism 14. The torque transmission mechanism 14 includes a one-way clutch and when the driven gear 21 which is moved in a revolving manner is engaged with the driving gear 13, the work-piece installation member is turned. A revolving moving speed of the driven gear 21 that is moved by turning of the turntable 10 is equal to or higher than a circumferential speed of teeth of the driving gear 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
