Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high strength galvanized steel sheet excellent in weldability and moldability.SOLUTION: There is provided a high strength galvanized steel sheet having a component composition containing, by mass%, C:0.02 to 0.08%, Si:1.00 to 3.50%, Mn:0.20 to 1.80%, P:over 0% and 0.100% or less, S:over 0% and 0.010% or less, Al:0.001 to 0.100%, N:over 0% and 0.0100% or less, at least one kind of Ti, Nb and V of total 0.02 to 0.30% and the balance iron with inevitable impurities, carbon equivalent Ceq defined by the following formula (1) of 0.35% or less, a steel structure containing ferrite (α) of over 95% by area percentage, average particle diameter of carbide containing at least one kind of Ti, Nb and V existing in the steel of 15 nm or less by circle equivalent diameter and further existing percentage of a region with KAM value of 0.3° or less of 5% or less, existing percentage of a region of over 0.3° and 1.0° or less of 60 to 75%, existing percentage of a region of over 1.0° and 1.5° or less of 15 to 25% and existing percentage of a range of over 1.5° of 25% or less.
