Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a mortar molded body with high mechanical strength without using an autoclave device.SOLUTION: There is provided a mortar molded body with high mechanical strength molded by low temperature heating and highly compressing a raw material powder consisting of calcium hydroxide or calcium carbonate or by preparing a raw material which is calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate where at least a part of the calcium hydroxide is made as calcium carbonate, density is 1500 kg/mor more or percentage of the calcium hydroxide in the mortar molded body is 80 wt.% or more and the balance is a pigment or metal oxide or only water is added to the raw material powder, and heating at a temperature lower than 300°C and compressing at high pressure by 300 MPa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
