Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer compound with poly(methine) as the main chain, having high electric conductivity even under non-humidification conditions, and an electrolyte and an electrolyte film using the polymer compound.SOLUTION: A polymer compound comprises a main chain consisting of poly(methine) and a side chain bonding to the main chain. The side chain comprises a linking part Yconsisting of a direct bond or a spacer Yand one or two or more acid groups or derivatives thereof bonding to either site of the linking part Y. In addition, the acid group or an acid group comprising the derivative has an acid dissociation constant pKa of 4 or less.
