PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymeric compound useful for manufacturing a light-emitting element excellent in a drive voltage.SOLUTION: A polymeric compound comprises: at least one constitutional unit selected from a group of constitutional units represented by specific general formulas with an iridium complex or platinum complex structure; and two constitutional units represented by specific general formulas.
