Abstract:

To provide a polymer compound useful for a light-emitting material, and excellent in heat resistance.

The polymer compound comprises a repeating unit represented by general formula (1), and having a polystyrene-reduced number average-molecular weight of 103-108, (wherein Ar1represents an arylene group or divalent heterocyclic group and has 1-4 groups represented by -L-Y; Y represents an alicyclic hydrocarbon group or saturated heterocyclic group, and L represents an alkylene group which may be substituted by an alkyl group, alkoxy group, alkylthio group or the like; and n is 0 or 1).
