Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high workability irrespective of a distance from a work object even under an environment where it is difficult to change the distance from the work object.SOLUTION: A high-pressure liquid jet device includes: a liquid flow channel in which a liquid is supplied and is conveyed to a liquid jet part; a liquid pressurizing mechanism which supplies the liquid to the liquid flow channel at a high pressure and jets from the liquid jet part; a temperature adjustment mechanism which adjusts a temperature of the liquid flowing in the liquid flow channel; a distance recognizing part which recognizes a distance from the liquid jet part to a work object; and an arithmetic processing part which commands operation so that the temperature of the liquid supplied to the liquid flow channel by the liquid pressurizing mechanism is adjusted by the temperature adjustment mechanism in response to the distance from the liquid jet part to the work object recognized by the distance recognizing part, and the temperature-adjusted liquid is jetted from the liquid jet part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
