Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight vehicle door hinge that enables a door to be opened at desired angle and has high productivity.SOLUTION: A door hinge 20a is installed at fitting parts of a door and a vehicle body. Stopper parts 36, 37 of the door hinge are formed at an end part where lateral faces 34a, 35a of a fitting surface 32a are not formed. The stopper parts are separately formed so as to continue to bend from the fitting surface 32a and the lateral faces 34a, 35a in a plane erected at substantially right angle upward from the fitting surface 32a and be cut at the fitting surface 32a. Therefore, the door hinge enables the door to be opened at desired angle and has high productivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
