Abstract:
【課題】ドアの回動中心点がそのドアの内部に位置するようにヒンジを取り付けることで、重量のあるドアを円滑に開閉させる。【解決手段】ドア枠２に取り付けられる下ヒンジ部５，２２と、ドア３に取り付けられる上ヒンジ部６と、下ヒンジ部５の上向き半ケース部５ｄと、上ヒンジ部６の下向き半ケース部６ｄの間に着脱自在に挟まれるスラストベアリング７と、を備え、スラストベアリング７の下側が下ヒンジ部５の上向き半ケース部５ｄ内に嵌合し、スラストベアリング７の上側が上ヒンジ部６の下向き半ケース部６ｄに嵌合させ、スラストベアリング７により、上ヒンジ部６の軸方向に作用する荷重を受け、下ヒンジ部５において上ヒンジ部６が円滑に回動するように構成した。【選択図】図２
