Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device which can easily prevent slippage of a rope when a long material is lifted.SOLUTION: A lifting device 20 has: a base 22; two shafts 24; a number of bearings 26; a roller 28; a wire rope 6; a holder 10; and a crane 8. The base 22 has a bottom plate 30, a top plate 32, and a pair of leaf springs 38. Each leaf spring 38 is erected from the bottom plate 30 and supports the top plate 32. Each leaf spring 38 biases the roller 28 upward through the top plate 32. The roller 28 is rotatable. A main part 14 of the wire rope 6 is held by round-bar steels 12 and the roller 28. The wire rope 6 can be moved by rotation of the roller 28. By the roller 28 being pressed downward, the leaf springs 38 contracts and an interval between the round-bar steels 12 and the roller 28 is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
