Abstract:
To downsize a holder while securing an insulation distance.SOLUTION: A holder 15 comprises a first insulating member 20 and a second insulating member 30. The first insulating member 20 is provided with a conductive member 45. The second insulating member 30 is provided with an insulating wall part 35 erected around the conductive member 45.
