Title:
A hole sensor and a hole electromotive force detecting method
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6159296
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Hall sensor capable of detecting a high-accuracy and high-resolution magnetic field, and a Hall electromotive force detecting method.SOLUTION: A Hall sensor 1 comprises: a Hall element 2; a drive unit 3 which switches a current-carrying direction of the Hall element 2 and drives the Hall element 2; a discrete time AD converter 6 which has a sampling non-execution period during which a first analog signal according to the Hall electromotive force of the Hall element 2 is not sampled and a sampling execution period during which the first analog signal is sampled, and converts the first analog signal sampled during the sampling execution period to a digital signal; and a dynamic element matching unit 61 which is provided in an analog signal path of the discrete time AD converter 6 and performs dynamic element matching of the analog signal path during the sampling non-execution period.
