Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Hall sensor and immunosensor of a high sensitivity capable of certainly detecting the Hall voltage occurring in a Hall element.SOLUTION: A Hall sensor includes: a sensor circuit 20 including a pair of Hall elements each of which has two terminal pairs; a switching circuit 30 for performing the connection switching for making each of the two terminal pairs function as a driving terminal pair or a detection terminal pair for a pair of Hall elements; a driving circuit 40 for supplying driving currents of the opposite directions to the pair of Hall elements via the driving terminal pair; and a calculation circuit 50 for summing detection voltages coming from the detection terminal pair, when the components perpendicular to the driving current of the magnetic field applied to the pair of Hall elements point to the opposite directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
