Abstract:
To provide a Homogenizer for improving durability-performance, by restraining the occurrence of a core lag between a disc and a spring.SOLUTION: A Homogenizer comprises disc mechanisms (10 and 20) having discs (13 and 23) and sheets (12 and 22) oppositely arranged to the discs, and homogenizes, emulsifies, decentralizes or fines liquid by passing the liquid between the discs and the sheets. The disc mechanisms comprise springs (16 and 26) for pressing the discs toward the sheets and casing members (11 and 21) for holding the discs and the springs. The casing members are an integral member of forming disc storage parts (11a and 21a) for arranging the discs and spring storage parts (11c and 21c) for arranging the springs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
