Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost and make compact by connecting a sealed liquid tank with a liquid seal type vacuum pump through a sealed liquid supply line and arranging this sealed liquid supply line in a duration tower as a heat exchange means.
SOLUTION: An direction tower 3 for removing a dissolved gas from a departed liquid is provided between the supply part 1 of the deaerated liquid and the supply/distribution part 2 of a treated water and a prescribed shape sealed liquid tank 10 for storing the sealed liquid supplied to a liquid sealed type vacuum pump 8 is provided integrally on one side wall of the deaeration tower 3. The liquid sealed type vacuum pump 8 is connected with the sealed liquid tank 10 by the sealed liquid supply line 11 and one part of this sealed liquid supply line 11 is formed spirally as the heat exchanger means of the sealed liquid and arranged in the desertion tower 3. Thereby, the heat exchanger constituted separately is dispensed and an entire device can be made compact.
