Abstract:
To provide a corneum remover and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of easily removing only corneum without damaging skin in corneum removal.SOLUTION: A method includes: a first process of coating a surface of a predetermined glass member with chrome; a second process of attaching an ultraviolet dry film; a third process of lamination with a printing film with a predetermined pattern printed thereon; a fourth process of radiating ultraviolet rays; a fifth process of stripping off the printing film and separating and forming the dry film of an ultraviolet-radiated part and an ultraviolet-not-radiated part by using chemicals; a sixth process of forming a pattern forming part according to the pattern of the printing film by corroding the surface of the glass member by using chemicals; and a seventh process of completely manufacturing the corneum remover by cutting the glass member into a predetermined shape. The pattern forming part has a diameter of 0.20-1.00 mm, a gap of 0.31-1.00 mm, and a height of 0.02-0.20 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
