Abstract:

PURPOSE: To conduct the connection operation of a leakage-liquid detection line smoothly.

CONSTITUTION: Leakage-liquid detection lines 1 are connected by a contact-bond connector C, the connecting section A of the connector C is covered with a cover 10 extending over sections between the skins 1b of both leakage-liquid detection lines 1, and the inside 10 of the cover is filled with a waterproof compound 11 covering the connecting section A. The cover 10 consists of a pair of cover pieces 10a, 10b in two parts at the center, and each inside of a pair of the cover pieces 10a, 10b is filled with the waterproof compound 11 and the cover pieces are unified by fitting. Electrode lines 1a are connected by single operation through the contact-bond connector C, and the connecting section A is covered with the waterproof compound 11 and the cover 10, thus forming complete waterproof structure, then getting no trouble in the detection of a leakage liquid.
