Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high enantioselective asymmetric synthesis method for chemical reaction; and to provide a hybrid catalyst containing a DNA, which is used for the method.SOLUTION: An asymmetric synthesis method includes a step of: causing chemical reaction in a substrate by continuously feeding a liquid containing the substrate to a reaction vessel having the hybrid catalyst comprising a DNA and a metal complex; and continuously obtaining products.
